Tim Hanson

Tim started his career in the insurance industry and is able to use this insight to gain a significant advantage for his clients.  He has been working in the field of personal injury for over 20 years. He has worked in a number of Yorkshire Firms and has dedicated his professional career to serving injured clients and their families. He has handled cases of the utmost severity including amputees, fatal injuries and brain injuries. He is experienced in claimant Road Traffic, Employer Liability, Public Liability claims, Industrial Disease and Clinical Negligence cases.

Tim is a Chartered Legal Executive having qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2004 whilst in the employment of Morley Mitchell where his friendship with the firms founder and senior partner, Mr Idris Mir, was first made.

When not working Tim loves living  in Yorkshire, with all it has to offer in the way of culture and outdoor pursuits.  He is a keen open water swimmer and cyclist having recently completed the great north swim and coast to coast cycle route.  His weekends are happily filled with a diversity of activities from wild camping and walks in the country to museums and art galleries with his wife and three young children.
