Martin is now enjoying working at a practice which focuses on providing excellent client care and a personal tailored service to the client’s needs, which is often lost in today’s modern world.

In his role at Mir Solicitors, Martin deals with residential sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of ownership and gifts of property, sales of deceased estates, leasehold properties, new build property and acting for purchasers acquiring properties from mortgagees in possession.

Martin also has experience in shared ownership transactions and government help to buy schemes.
